Take Benefits From Summer Programs, Child Care And After School Programs

Children are precious. They need a lot of care and looking after, especially during their formative years. While parents will do all they can to make sure that their children are well-looked after and cared for while they are with them, often there are periods of time when parents need assistance in caring for their children. Typically these situations arise when parents are at work and cannot supervise their children, either before school, after school or during summer breaks.

This is where The Work-Family Connection steps in and takes care of the children for parents through summer programs. While they cannot substitute the care and affection that a parent gives to a child, The Work-Family Connection provides trustworthy, efficient and professional services; services parents have been lauding for the past 23 years.

Learn About Our Summer Camp and Summer Child Care Programs

Summer is a great time for kids to get together with the family, have fun breaks and holidays. However, a major concern for many parents is the fact that children lose their competitive learning edge in these few months in a relaxed environment.

A summer camp is an excellent way to get your child back on track in an environment that is not just about learning but also loads of fun. Work Family Connection (WFC) runs several programs in different areas to cater to the needs of children of varying ages.

Theme Based Child Care Programs

Our Child care programs at summer camp are always based on a particular theme. So, you will find a nature theme based camp focusing on how to protect the forests. There will be lots of activities for the children based on the theme to enhance their understanding of the concepts in a practical way. In addition, the summer program from Work Family Connection incorporates field trips. Our staff will always make sure that a field trip is safe to undertake for the children at the program design stage.

Summer Programs for Children with Special Needs

In addition to the regular summer programs, we also run summer programs for little ones with special needs. The programs, staff to children ratio and activities are designed with the different needs of the children in mind. The camp at Montclair primarily focuses on such requirements.

The orientation meeting before the actual event will give you a clear idea of what to expect, how to best prepare the child and how you can keep track of the events at the camp.

Other activities at the summer camp include swimming, science activities, sports and art classes such as music and painting.
